Treatment Advocacy
Working in conjunction with AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) in Rancho Cucamonga, FAP case managers reinforce medical providers' recommendations about medication, health care, and scheduled appointments.

FAP case managers visit AHF every Thursday morning to provide direct treatment education and referrals to help increase clients' ability to maintain a healthy treatment regimen.
