Foothill AIDS Project (FAP) is a not for profit 501(c)(3) minority-based,
human services organization providing comprehensive and specialized HIV/AIDS-related
services throughout San Bernardino County and the Pomona Valley. Founded in 1987,
FAP now has offices in the cities of San Bernardino, Pomona, and Claremont. The
agency serves hundreds of families and individuals throughout the Inland Empire
with prevention & education outreach, case management, substance abuse & mental health
counseling, free testing, transportation, food and housing assistance.

Monday through Friday • 9 am to 5 pm
Some services are provided in the evenings.
