FAP's case managers handle all food distribution, providing one bag of personal
hygiene supplies, two bags of groceries, and one $10.00 grocery voucher to
approximately 60 clients per month. FAP has a food pantry in both San Bernardino
and Claremont office locations.
San Bernardino County clients may make appointments once a month for food, grocery
voucher(s), and hygiene items. Clients may pick up food in either the San Bernardino
or Claremont office.

Los Angeles County clients may be eligible to participate in Project Angel Food,
which delivers frozen packaged dinners, desserts and fruit to clients every
Wednesday. Clients living in L.A. County west of the 57 freeway can get home
delivery, while clients living east of the 57 freeway can pick up the food at
the Claremont office.
Clients enrolled in FAP's Case Management Program with a household income of
less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible. Eligibility will
be verified by documentation of household income.
